  Starting January 15, 2026, all member invoices will be sent on the 15th of the month before coverage, or the following business day, and payments will be due by the 25th of that same month, or the following business day.

  January 2026 bill → sent Jan 5, due Jan 7. This is for coverage from January 1-31.
